The Call Toward Tomorrow IconThe Call Toward Tomorrow
UST Integrated Planning Process

The Call Toward Tomorrow unites Celts in the creation of a vibrant new roadmap for the future of the University of St. Thomas. Nationally renowned strategists, led by UST alumnus, Deacon Larry Vaclavik ’78, ’94, ’04, are spearheading a planning process that will move us forward over the next five years with confidence, direction and purpose.

We call upon all Celts to come together and lend your voice and expertise as we plan for a future of dynamic growth and greater achievement for the benefit of our students. In this special video series, UST President Dr. Richard Ludwick, Mr. Curtis Huff and Deacon Vaclavik share their vision for this process and its ultimate goals.

Our Big Holy Audacious Goal (BHAG)

Update: Where We are

To quote Dr. Richard Ludwick, President of the University of St. Thomas in Houston Texas, The Call Toward Tomorrow is in the 7th inning stretch.

There has been great unanimity around the authentic Catholicity of UST, and that has given a hope and optimism to the future.

We have heard from voices across the university and the UST community and, even if those voices don't always line up with each other, the dialogue makes us all stronger.

Finally, Dr. Ludwick is very optimistic that we will have a plan around which the University will rally.
