VPAA Announcement

We do great things as a community when we come together, hear each other, work hard, pray, and act boldly. The Call Toward Tomorrow is one example of such dialogue and encounter.

Solemnity of All Saints and Commemoration of All Souls

This coming week includes two important celebrations for us as a Catholic Community: The Solemnity of All Saints (Nov. 1) and the Commemoration of All Souls (Nov. 2).

Feast day of Saint Pope John Paul II

This is a very special day, the feast day of Saint Pope John Paul II. His life inspires us. He bridged many divides with a synthesis that at once honored old traditions and created new ones.

Upcoming Conversation with the Community

This upcoming Tuesday, September 25th, will be UST’s next “Conversation with the Community” in Jones Hall. My hope is that, as always, the forum will offer us a chance to have a vibrant dialogue around the topics that impact us all. To engage us as one community of Celts, working toward a common purpose.

Celt Innovation Competition

In the spirit of building a fearless culture of positive change and to better serve our students and community, I would like to begin a process for investing in the innovative ideas of our exceptional Celt community (faculty and staff).

Richard L. Ludwick became the 9th president of the University of St. Thomas on July 1, 2017. He previously served as president of the Independent Colleges of Indiana, enrolling more than 100,000 students.
