Positioning UST for a Promising Future

Two years ago, the UST community gathered together, assessed strengths and weaknesses, and bravely put out into the deep with a new integrated growth plan, the Call Toward Tomorrow.

Guided by our faith, mission, core values and the innovative spirit of the Celt community, we established a vision for a bright and prosperous future. What followed was a year of new programs, new campuses, the elevation of our student-athletes to NCAA Division III, and many other exciting steps toward that shared future.

Propelled by that same momentum, UST is now taking another giant leap forward by realigning resources to benefit our students and position the University for long-term financial success. That success is essential to ensuring that our mission’s impact continues to grow.

Based on feedback from community conversations, as well as surveys of alumni, faculty and staff, a number of departmental consolidations are already being implemented across campus as part of a university-wide restructure, designated to enhance the UST experience, and secure its future for generations to come.
