She worked professionally in theatre as a properties artisan and other backstage jobs for seven years, including working on shows at Houston\u2019s Alley Theatre. While working theatre, she\u2019s lived in Tennessee, Florida, and Illinois. She completed her Master of Arts in Faith and Culture at the Nesti Center for Faith &amp; Culture at the University of St. Thomas-Houston. In early 2020, she worked in the Nesti Center for Faith &amp; Culture at UST as the Assistant Director of Ecumenical and Pastoral Initiatives. In this role, she produced more than 60 videos during the COVID-19 pandemic engaging a variety of leaders in conversations about topics relating to hope, the Catholic mission, and innovative initiatives in a digital space. Previously, she was the Director of Communications at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church in Houston for seven years and is currently also a freelance writer for the Texas Catholic Herald. She has experience in communications, marketing, dialogue, event planning, social media, and Christian unity initiatives. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching sports. She is married to her favorite person in the world, Daniel.
