Before I rush out the door, enjoy a 10-second video tour of my dorm room so you can see what a residence hall at the University of St. Thomas looks like. Cleaned my room 10 minutes before I took this. You\u2019re welcome.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learn about the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stthom.edu\/Campus-Student-Life\/Housing\/Residence-Life\/Residence-Halls.aqf\">residence halls at UST<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>10:50 a.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Getting ready for my Resident Assistant Interview. I ended up getting rehired (no surprise). I was still pretty nervous, however my interview went really well!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have questions about Res Life? I\u2019ve got answers: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stthom.edu\/public\/index.asp?AQ_Action=getPageByURL&amp;AQ_URL=\/Campus-Student-Life\/Housing\/Residence-Life\/Residence-Life-FAQ.aqf\">UST Residence Life FAQs<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Meet the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stthom.edu\/Campus-Student-Life\/Housing\/Residence-Life\/Residence-Life-Student-Teams.aqf\">UST Residence Life staff<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>12:10 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>International Economics with Dr. Pierre Canac. Like I said, this is actually pretty interesting, however that class was a review day before our test. Which I aced (not really, but I passed so\u2026.).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check out <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stthom.edu\/Academics\/School-of-Business-Cameron-School-of-Business\/Business-Programs\/Business-Undergraduate-School\/Economics-Finance\/Index.aqf?Aquifer_Source_URL=%2FFinance&amp;PNF_Check=1\">Economics and Finance degree programs<\/a> at UST<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Desk shift at Guinan Residence Hall. I basically sign guests in, receive packages and make sure everyone in the building is accounted for. And have my friends bring me food.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Just for fun, here\u2019s a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stthom.edu\/About\/Calendar\/Index.aqf\">calendar of events<\/a> in the residence halls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pedicures with Alexis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3:30 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alexis\u2019 shoes are tragic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3:45 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grabbing lunch in Crooker between classes is always packed, however I made the executive decision to get gummy bears for lunch so no sweat.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Find out about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stthom.edu\/public\/index.asp?AQ_Action=getPageByURL&amp;AQ_URL=\/Campus-Student-Life\/Dining-Services\/Index.aqf\">meal plans for University of St. Thomas<\/a> students<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Model United Nations officer meeting with Saud (aka Soda), Beth, Carlos and Alexis (again).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There are dozens of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stthom.edu\/public\/index.asp?AQ_Action=getPageByURL&amp;AQ_URL=\/Campus-Student-Life\/Student-Groups-and-Activities\/Clubs-and-Student-Organizations\/Index.aqf\">student clubs at UST<\/a> \u2013 get involved!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4:20 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MUN meeting is over, and so is any future use of Carlos\u2019 hand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Picking up the on-call phone before I go to class.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5:15 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Before I go to my second class of the day, I sit with Carlos and Beth and then make Carlos my cameraman\u2026.he sucks at this!<\/p>\n<p><strong>5:30 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Marketing with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stthom.edu\/public\/index.asp?AQ_Action=getPageByURL&amp;AQ_URL=\/Faculty\/Faculty-Directory.aqf&amp;Faculty_ID=00131304\">Dr. Shuoyang Zhang<\/a>. This is one of my favorite classes this semester because Dr. Zhang is super cool and has openly expressed how I\u2019m her favorite student (Ok kinda, not really, she never said it, but I can sooo tell).<\/p>\n<p><strong>7:45 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>RA meeting with my fellow RAs and Julie. As usual I always sit to Lexi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wonderful Wednesday. Basically a hump-day celebration at night with free food and you get to hang out with fellow residents. It\u2019s pretty great. We knock on doors (well PL does anyway) to remind residents to come out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9:30 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Res Council meetings are always this cool.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Birthday celebrations with staff. Shout out to all the Pisces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1:00 a.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Finished all my rounds, and I got ready for bed. I didn\u2019t end up watching any TV, just passed out on my bed.
